Application Assistance takes a variety of forms, depending on your needs.

  • You’ve done the work and drafted the full application; now you need a second set of eyes to make sure you’re responding to the evaluation rubric.

  • You’ve gotten to one or two applications this month, but you’d really love to have another one or two out the door. Can we draft from scratch? Yes, yes we can.

  • We are available to help you craft or refine responses to everything from Grant Submissions and Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Finalist Designs.

  • Need help with a different sort of application or proposal? Just ask.

This service is typically offered as an extension of a previous engagement. We may have previously either created your pitch packet, reviewed and approved your materials, or created your portfolio website. In order for us to be truly helpful, we need to be familiar with you, your work and practice, and have confidence in your stock application materials.

  • APP REVIEW OR RFQ DRAFTING

We familiarize ourselves with the RFQ and confirm that you are putting forth your best volley. We can draft your response for your review and submission, or we can review your draft and provide constructive feedback.

  • OPEN SCOPE APPLICATIONS

Does the application seem a bit more involved than the usual? Is it for organizational support, a complex project that spans multiple years, or the budget crosses the million dollar mark? We may still be able to assist at an hourly rate.

  • PROPOSAL ASSISTANCE

If you need a packet that goes above and beyond a general statement of qualifications, we can help you articulate your vision. Proposals often need fresh writing, formatting for new visuals, timelines, and budgets. Whether this is for a cold pitch or a finalist phase, we can help.
